About Counselling
Starting counselling can feel overwhelming.
It’s completely normal to feel this way, especially when taking the first step to talk about what’s going on in your life.
My aim is to provide a calm, confidential space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported — without fear of judgment.
In my counselling practice, I draw from a blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioural approaches. This integrative way of working allows me to see and support you as a whole person, not just the issue that brought you here. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a way that encourages growth, understanding, and positive change.

Counselling Options
Counselling sessions are available by telephone, online via Zoom, or in-person in the comfort of your own home.
A free initial assessment, lasting up to 50 minutes, is offered by phone or online to help us explore whether this support is the right fit for you.
Face to face counselling is also available at an office I hire in Dunstable depending on availability.
At home counselling comes with an additional fee of £25 for a home assessment to ensure that your home environment provides a safe and confidential space for your counselling sessions. This service is available to clients located within a 20-mile driving distance from my home address and therefore not available to everyone.
